I have had the pleasure to work with Adam as his Store Director at Walmart, there is no other individual that could have demonstrated customer service better. I would get at least several compliments from customers daily when Adam is working, regarding his kind personality and attentiveness to our customers. I promoted Adam to customer host and asked him to be the store customer service liaison. It was a fun and great learning experience for both of us.
